Company Establishment

PT Dewata Freightinternational Tbk was established in 1995 based on Deed of Establishment No. 91 dated January 14^th, 1995 (Deed No. 91/1995), was made in front of I Wayan Sugitha, a Notary in Denpasar, which has been legalized by The Minister of Justice of Indonesia with a Decree No. C2-239.HT.01.01 of 1996 dated January 9^th, 1996 which then registered in a List of Denpasar District Court Clerks number 50 of 1995, and  have been announced in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number : 15521/2008 dated 19^th August 2008, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number : 67. (for further called “Deed of Establishment”)

At the time of its establishment, the Company carried out business activities in the field of sea cargo expedition and the last business activity was changed based on deed No. 06 dated August 3^rd, 2018

That Deed of Establishment has been changed several times in the context of a Public Offering based on the Deed of Circular Decision of the Shareholders of PT Dewata Freight International Private Company as a substitute to the General Meeting of Extraordinary Shareholders Number : 06 dated August 3^rd, 2018Jo, Deed of Circular Decision of the Shareholders of PT Dewata Freight International Private Company as a substitute to the General Meeting of Extraordinary Shareholders Number : 19 dated August 21^st, 2018, both of which were made by Rahayu Ningsih, S.H., a Notary in South Jakarta Administrative City, the Deed was approved by The Minister of Law and Human Rights of Republic of Indonesia based on Letter Number : AHU-0015965.AH.01.02. of 2018 dated August 7^th, 2018 and has been registered in Company Registry Number : AHU-0102415.AH.01.11. of 2018 dated August 7^th, 2018 and has been recorded in Sisminbakum Database of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Republic of Indonesia which appropriate with (i) Letter Number : AHU-AH.01.03-0229775 dated August 7^th, 2018 regarding Receipt of Notification of Amendment to The Articles of Association of The Company and has been registered in the Company Registry Number : AHU-0102415.AH.01.11.of 2018 dated August 7^th, 2018; and (ii) Letter Number : AHU.AH.01.03-0229776 dated August 7^th, 2018 regarding Receipt of Notification to Changes of Company Data and has been registered in the Company Registry Number : AHU-0102415.AH.01.11.of 2018 dated August 7^th, 2018.
